Neuco, a leading master distributor of HVACR controls, is proud to announce the promotion of Rene Finco to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 1,2025. In her new role, Rene will join both Neuco’s Senior Executive Leadership Team (SELT) and its Advisory Board, further solidifying her strategic role in the company’s future growth and direction. <p>Since joining Neuco in 2017, Rene has served as Senior Director of Finance, where she led the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance functions. Her leadership has been instrumental in establishing sound financial policies, supporting interdepartmental decision- making, and ensuring Neuco’s continued financial strength. <p>“Rene has demonstrated exceptional financial acumen and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset,” said Jon Neustadt, President of Neuco. “She’s been a key contributor to our long-term strategic planning, and her elevation to CFO ensures that financial perspective has a direct seat at the table as we shape Neuco’s future.” <p>With over 20 years of accounting experience - including a decade in public accounting at BKD LLP (formerly Wolf & Company) - Rene brings deep expertise and a steady hand to her new position. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marquette University, a master’s degree in taxation from Northern Illinois University, and is a licensed CPA in Illinois. <p>This promotion reflects not only Rene’s individual contributions, but also the company’s broader evolution.
